Sue Misiorski of PHI and Christy Allman of Westminster-Thurber Community in Columbus are in town for a visit today. We are planning a full-day intensive on “The Role of the Nurse in Culture Change” for the Pioneer Network Annual Meeting in Indianapolis on August 9th-11th.
Rhonda Rotterman and I will also be giving an encore presentation of our recent Eden talk: “The ‘How’ of Culture Change: Where Empowerment and Partnerships Thrive”, and I’ll be doing a “Dementia Beyond Drugs” session as well. (This time I hope to have a lot of books so that I don’t sell out so fast.)

My teleconference on AFA’s Care Connection went well last evening. The session was recorded and will be archived for those who want to listen in – check out the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America website and look for the Care Connection series.
